| David Lawrence is an internationally published photographer based in Dallas. A graduate of Yale University, Mr. Lawrence has studied with legendary photographers Walker Evans, Jay Maisel, and Art Kane. His specialty is 35mm digital photography on location, but he is well-versed in equipment up to 4x5. Mr. Lawrence has been making pictures since childhood, and built his first darkroom when only 8. In business in Dallas for over 25 years, he still has many of his earliest clients. David is known for his uncanny ability to extract relaxed portraits from difficult subjects, his superb work as a photographic colorist, and his advanced digital skills. But he knows that image quality alone is not enough to service a client. For years he has built a reputation as a person to work with, both because of his friendly nature, and his dedication to his clients and their needs. David Lawrence is a member of ASMP, the American Society of Media Photographers, and PPA, the Professional Photograpers of America. |
