After graduating from LA's Art Center College of Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography
I moved to New York. There, I had the distinct honor to serve for two years as the assistant to the legendary portrait photographer,
Arnold Newman. I consider the time spent with Arnold Newman as my 'graduate school' experience.
My ability to work easily with people and having a unique ability to put them at ease enables me to produce portraits with a relaced and natural feel.
Although I have worked in Dallas for over 20 years, I also have clients throughout the country. Working with all types of people and and in all sorts of situations,
from CEOs to industrial personnel, from high-rise offices to factory floors, gives me a unique perspective on photographic design.
I love the challenge of professional photography. Although we live in an increasingly complex, computerized world, it still takes creativity to make the commonplace uncommon.
The great photographer Edward Steichen said, “Photography is a medium of formidable contradictions, it is both incredibly easy and impossibly difficult.”
